Mb8 classic Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Sports Betting

1 Acceptance of Terms

These MB8 Classic Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online betting platform operated by MB8 Classic. These Terms apply to all platform users, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and active users accessing any services provided by MB8 Classic.

By registering an MB8 Classic account, you expressly and unequivocally:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;

MB8 Classic reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Such a decision is final and not subject to appeal or claims for damages.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

MB8 Classic offers the following payment methods, optimised for users in Malaysia:

Withdrawal Terms: Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit. MB8 Classic does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be approved.

Withdrawal Limit: The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for fully verified accounts. This limit may vary based on your account tier and transaction history.

Fees: mb8 classic does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

4 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the MB8 Classic platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Final Bet: Bets confirmed by the mb8 classic system are final and cannot be reversed, except in cases specifically outlined in our cancellation policy.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount per match or game is RM 10 unless otherwise stated.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

MB8 Classic offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. These requirements are expressed as a multiple of the deposit or bonus amount (e.g. 5x means you must wager five times the bonus amount).

• Using a VPN or any identity-masking method to bypass regional restrictions or security controls;
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate betting outcomes through any means;
• Spreading false or misleading information about mb8 classic to other users;
• Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities that could provide an unfair advantage.

Mb8 classic reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities, including freezing the account, rejecting withdrawals, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by User: You may close your MB8 Classic account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled in accordance with current rules and any eligible account balance will be returned to you.

Closure by MB8 Classic: MB8 Classic reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Recommendations or directives from regulatory authorities;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Unable to verify the user's identity after repeated attempts;
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, MB8 Classic reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Should fraud or a serious violation be established, the account balance may be forfeited in full.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned technical maintenance;
• Losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred through no fault of MB8 Classic;
